A Parisian Romantic Comedy
Romantic Comedy
Even Superman Has a Wish
Two tables. Four people. One evening booked at the wrong table.
“No kissing?”
Jack expects his blind date to walk out when he suggests sex in the men’s room. Instead, Clara waits for an answer.
Jack’s mother has picked Roxy, a kindergarten teacher, for her tattoo-artist son. Jack’s oldest friend Rudi is expecting Clara, an architecture student. His colleagues have already paid her for the evening.
A glass spills at a Paris hotel bar and the bartender switches two place cards. Jack thinks Clara is Roxy. At the other table, neither Rudi nor the real Roxy dares order dinner. Somehow they still manage to arrange a second date.
By morning, Jack’s mother is on the phone to Roxy’s, raving about a night her daughter never had. Jack and Clara keep daring each other to go further, until they’re both too sore for sex. Clara stays for scrambled eggs. Jack had no trouble asking her to bed. Asking if she’ll come back tomorrow is another matter.
