When I began writing under the name Jack Rowland, one thing was clear to me from the very start: in every era, in every setting – whether in historical dress, aboard a spaceship, or in the pulsing here and now – a Clara and a Jack meet. They are two souls whom fate brings together again and again, across time and space.

Life out there already has enough loose ends and uncertain outcomes. My books are meant to be a place where you can feel safe. Because you carry the deep certainty that everything will turn out well in the end, you can savour the scenes, the hoping and even the dramatic obstacles all the more intensely. You may cheer and ache along without ever fearing a rude awakening. The paths of these two may often be rocky, but in the end love is always stronger.

About this series: every novel tells a complete love story that stands entirely on its own.
